What You’ll Do
As an Associate Manager, Insight Integration, you will play a critical leadership role in advancing and operationalizing Canadian Tire’s Customer-Centric Growth (CCG) strategy. Reporting to the Manager, Insight Integration, you will be accountable for both hands-on insight development and day-to-day leadership of the Insight Consultant, ensuring the timely, high-quality delivery of guardrail documents and insight outputs that inform category, banner, and enterprise priorities.
This role blends people leadership, strategic thinking, and data fluency. You will be responsible for translating customer, market, and internal performance data into clear insights and strategic direction that influences decision-making across the organization.
Lead Insight Delivery & Execution
Lead and coach Insight Consultants to deliver guardrail documents, insight packs, and strategic materials on time and on quality
Own planning, prioritization, and execution of insight workstreams, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are consistently met
Review and enhance insight outputs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance for senior and executive audiences
Assume ownership of the Medallia customer NPS platform, leading the transformation of insights, use cases, and application to support strategic decision‑making
Enhance Insight Content & Generation
Drive the continuous improvement of insight content, frameworks, and storytelling approaches to increase impact and adoption
Partner with analytics, AI, and data teams to refine how insights are generated, automated, and scaled
Identify gaps or opportunities in existing insight outputs and proactively recommend enhancements
Translate Data into Strategic Direction
Bring a strong understanding of available customer, market, performance, and competitive data, and how to synthesize it into actionable insights
Translate insights into coherent strategic direction through measurable KPIs that informs category strategies, banner roadmaps, and enterprise priorities
Connect insights across initiatives (e.g., Guardrails, Roles & Intents, Demand Zones, Micro-Occasions) to ensure alignment and consistency
What You Bring
4–7 years of relevant experience in insights, strategy, or analytics, retail experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring others and managing work delivery against deadlines
Hands‑on experience using AI tools, prompt techniques, or automated workflows to support analysis, insight development, or content generation is considered a strong asset
Strong proficiency in Excel and/or other data manipulation and analysis tools is required; comfort working hands‑on with data is essential
Strong understanding of data sources (customer, transactional, market, competitive) and how to translate data into insights
Proven ability to connect insights to strategic implications and enterprise priorities
Exceptional critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in ambiguous environments
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating executive‑ready presentations
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments, where problems and paths forward are not fully defined
Strong self‑starter with a track record of turning unclear problems into structured, actionable outputs
University or College degree required; MBA considered a strong asset

Broadband Salary Range: $33/hr – $54/hr CAD.
Our typical hiring range is between $33/hr CAD and $44/hr CAD. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. We're committed to attracting top talent.
