Associate Manager: Field Inventory Management

What you will do

  • Use inventory optimization concepts to define ideal state inventory and drive optimization actions.
  • Templatize inventory requirement process for consignment and define governance framework.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to streamline consignment portfolio.
  • Coordinate with Customer Excellence (within Supply Chain) for consignment optimization actions and tracking.
  • Set up Governance forums and dashboards for action alignment with leadership as well as operations team.
  • Develop analytics frameworks and dashboard for better data driven insights.
  • Streamline data management for Service Loaner operations and develop KPIs to track effectiveness.
  • Benchmark KPIs and define success-factors for Service Loaner operations.
  • Drive digitization initiatives for Consignment and Service Loaner operations.

What you need

  • Bachelors in a mathematical field like Engineering, Economics, Science etc. with MBA
  • Minimum 1-3 years (Tier-1 MBAs) or 3-5 years of experience for others, in Supply chain analytics, operations, program management or process improvement
  • Strong knowledge in inventory optimization and planning principles
  • Hands on experience in Power BI, Advanced excel
  • Experience in driving insights from large datasets with data centric decision-making ability
  • Hands-on experience in leading projects from inception to execution
  • Ability to work with minimum oversight

Must Required:

  • MBA in Supply Chain or Business Management (preferably from Tier-1 institutes like SPJIMR, IIM Mumbai, FMS, XLRI etc.)
  • Hands on experience in Excel Macro, Python/ R
  • Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, RPA
  • Experience in people management

Financial acumen with knowledge about Gross Margin, Operating Margin, Cashflow etc.

Travel Percentage: 10%
