The Implementation Manager (IM) will join our cohesive and engaged team to serve as the project lead responsible for transitioning customers to the Prudential platforms for all Group Insurance products including Life, Disability, Absence, AD&D and Voluntary products. This position directly interfaces with customers and is highly visible in the organization. The IM proactively engages with customers to ensure seamless plan administration.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead internal and external facing customer calls. Consult, engage, and communicate regularly with clients to gather and document business requirements and requests. Utilize video and record customer calls for internal training and Quality purposes.
• Serve as a strategic thought leader providing holistic coordination of the end to end implementation process acting in the role of project manager with a focus on customers in our premier segment (100 - 5,000 lives)
• Provide consultation and recommendations on optimal administration of the case including case structure design for claims and billing, portal usage, and reporting needs
• Develop, communicate, maintain, and manage a detailed project plan for the onboarding process which milestone and deadline success criterion are met or exceeded.
• Excel in professional presence and finesse with all levels of the customer’s team including senior management. Has ability to influence customers to offerings that best fit their needs and will ensure a smooth process for them and their employees.
• Closely collaborate with Account Management team and various internal business partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process, completion, and transition.
• May lead team level project and process enhancements or support UAT testing; participate as subject matter expert on department initiatives and handle assigned tasks and assist with Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• May assist with developing training materials or standard operating procedures (SOPs); may deliver some functional training
• Leads the Implementation for lower to moderate complexity cases including:
• - Premier accounts (100-5,000 lives) -
• - Subest of our products (Core, VB, Statutory/State Paid Leave, Absence)
Qualifications:
• 3+ Years in Customer facing roles with demonstrated success
• Project management skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge of Group Insurance products
• Self-motivation with a strong drive for results
• Superior interpersonal skills including team collaboration, leadership, presentation, organizational, and communication skills
• Superior consultative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, juggling multiple priorities
• Professionalism, efficiency, and calm demeanor under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
