The Work:
The Associate Manager, AML Quality Assurance (QA) plays a leadership role in the Compliance department while also contributing specific subject matter expertise on Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions Evasion (AML/ATF/SE) related matters. This position primarily assists the Associate Director, AML Governance and the CAMLO in the on-going management and the oversight of Equitable Bank’s enterprise-wide AML/ATF/SE program.
The Associate Manager, AML Quality Assurance’s role is a multi-faceted one as responsibilities may include oversight of AML/ATF/SE monitoring and testing (M&T) routines, the oversight of Quality Assurance (QA) reviews, identifying AML/ATF/SE issues to be raised and documented under the Bank’s Issues Management Program and providing guidance to the AML team and Business Units. The environment is fast-paced and requires effective time management of multiple tasks and projects.
