What You’ll Do:
The Associate Loan Executive will perform the daily job duties related to the accessing, running, and distributing of daily reports. Distribute emails and complete any research for various department inboxes. Provide superior, top-quality service to FIRST’s internal and external customers while assisting with the accurate and timely processing of loan agreements within the team. They will also help Management when needed with any special reporting and/or projects.
Coordinate the execution of daily reports and delegate them out to the team on a daily basis.
Distribute incoming general inbox emails to the team including disbursement research.
Process loan agreements accurately and timely for assigned agents within the team
Complete insurance policy verifications through discussions with general agents and/or insurance companies.
Perform all responsibilities to internal and external customers while providing outstanding customer service.
Assist in the distribution of department emails and following up to ensure completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Resourceful, well-organized and accountable for accuracy and timeliness of work product
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.30 - $22.60 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
