Job Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual to join us as an (Associate) Legal Counsel 50% (m/f/d), starting immediately or by mutual agreement.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice to LGT Bank AG and other group companies on international matters
- Clarifying all legal issues
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Acting as an interface to external lawyers and authorities
- Participating in cross-departmental projects to further develop Private Banking
Requirements
- Completed law degree, additional bar admission is an advantage
- Professional experience, ideally in the financial industry
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Very good user skills in Microsoft Office programs
- High work quality, as well as a reliable, independent, and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
