Why Join Us?
We empower you to be innovative and solve complex problems. Take ownership, make an impact, and thrive in our scaling and agile environment.

🏢This is a Hybrid role, working from our London Offices (EC1Y 8LZ) 3 days per week.

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented lawyer to join our fast-growing company. You’ll play a pivotal role in reviewing and drafting the agreements that power our platform and advising on market-leading new product offerings, managing our vendor ecosystem, and protecting the company’s interests in litigation matters (primarily customer-facing disputes). This role is perfect for a qualified lawyer with 1–2 years of relevant legal experience who wants to focus on working within the fast-paced and highly regulated FinTech landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the legal team as the ultimate “generalist” to build your legal skills and help us scale our business.

  • Contract drafting: Draft and negotiate vendor agreements and maintain customer-facing T&Cs for new products and product changes
  • Litigation and dispute resolution: Manage a small claims portfolio and coordinate with external counsel, while partnering with Customer Operations to identify and fix recurring legal friction points
  • Product support: Provide practical legal input throughout product lifecycle, from initial design to go-to-market communications
  • Build the Legal Foundation: Stay ahead of regulatory shifts and help create the internal policies, training, and processes needed for a rapidly growing legal function

We’re Looking For 🔎

  • Education: Qualified Lawyer with a current practicing certificate from a top tier university
  • Experience: 1–2 years PQE, preferably within a top-tier law firm or comparable Fintech environment
  • Contract Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in contract law with excellent attention to detail
  • Communication: Ability to explain complex legal risks to non-legal stakeholders
  • Team player: Able to work cross-functionally, partnering closely with Growth, Product and Operations to provide practical, business-focused legal advice
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a "move fast" environment where priorities shift

Diversity & Inclusion 🌈
We welcome, consider and encourage applications from anyone who shares our commitment to inclusivity. Join us in creating a space where authenticity thrives, and everyone can do their best work.
