Associate Lecturer - People Analytics (HE7)

Clementi Campus Part time

Throughout this module, you will be teaching students about contemporary theoretical and practical issues of managing performance in diverse workplace situations. You are expected to impart to students a holistic view of managing people’s performance in organisations, including: factors involved in the performance management process; practical skills for performance improvement; and future trends of performance management. You will actively engage students in issues related to culture and diversity in workplace performance and review practices in light of emerging trends in performance management.  

Job Requirements

  • A Master's Degree in the related discipline or in Human Resource Management from a reputable university with experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis and visualisation

  • At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred 

  • 5 years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage 

  • Must be available to conduct a weekly 3-hour lecture for a period of 9 weeks 

  • Must be available to teach classes during the day between 8.30AM and 6.30PM

  • Experienced in using and teaching software tools such as Power BI, Excel, Qualtrics survey platform, NVivo.

SIM-RMIT is looking for associates who are dedicated, highly motivated and possess a strong passion for teaching and shaping the minds of the young generation. Candidates must be able to handle a sizeable class, manage assessment marking and provide constructive feedback to students within a given timeline. Associates will work closely under the guidance of the course coordinator based in the partner university.
