We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Launch Product Manager to join our dynamic franchise. This role will support the development and execution of product strategies & launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and marketing plans.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, regulatory, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment on product goals.
Support the launch of new products in neurology and manage lifecycle strategies for existing products in oncology.
Analyze sales data and market feedback to inform product decisions and adjustments.
Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
Participate in the development of promotional materials and training for sales teams.
Evaluate market environment using all available data on all customers and patients and clearly communicate a full understanding of key dynamics.
Understand assigned disease areas in terms of disease epidemiology, diagnosis rates, barriers to disease management, current disease options, pros and cons of different treatment options.
Develop and implement the brand positioning and align all messaging and tactics to it.
Lead a cross-functional team in the assessment of business cases for new product launches in Canada, selling recommendations into local leadership team and relevant global partners.
About You
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
>2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Knowledge & skills:
Strong results orientation i.e. has a proactive, business-oriented focus with the resolve to set challenging goals and demonstrate the commitment and persistence to achieve them.
Possess excellent technical aptitude and marketing ability skills with a proven ability to innovate
Strong interest, understanding and experience with Digital and other non-personal promotional channels
Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
Demonstrate superb written, verbal and presentation skills
Computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, project management and email and presentation software
Bilingual (French/English) an asset

The salary range for this position is:
$108,900.00 - $157,300.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
