Position Responsibilities:

This position will be in support of non-recurring engineering schedules for the KC-46 Pegasus aerial refueling tanker. The successful Specialist will develop and maintain key deliverables on weekly and monthly cadences in support of business insights and contract compliance. This Specialist will also review the schedule for risks, and will use data and critical thinking to support problem-solving efforts as these risks are identified. Specific activities in support of this include:

  • Lead the maintenance of the program IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) to EVM (Earned Value Management) compliance and serve as the schedule lead for the Integrated Product team in developing, integrating, and maintaining IMS reporting to the Program Management team.
  • Work closely with Integrated Product Team Leads, IP&S team, and program leadership to ensure alignment and integration of the IMS with other key program plans and schedules such as the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Master Phasing Plan, Critical Path Analysis, High-Level Flow (HLF) and detailed schedules below the IMS.
  • Support program planning requests for the development of new and derivative products. Lead, direct, facilitate and ensure integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners.
  • Be accountable for schedule compliance, assessment of schedule risk, and identification of opportunities (including schedule margin planning). Provide robust/actionable performance reporting from the IMS to support and drive program management understanding and action, and to support the delivery of Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Format 6 and Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) deliverables.
  • Lead integration of supplier and partner plans and schedules into the IMS to ensure the whole team is operating to the same rhythm and priorities
  • Model driving program execution through quick turn generation of prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning, and improved schedule visibility/visualization.
  • Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation and training of processes and tools.
  • The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded project schedules, including the use of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Milestones, Primavera, Open Plan Professional, etc.
  • Experience with execution of program planning to include cost, schedule and technical baselines
  • Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience integrating supplier or partner plans and schedules into the Program Schedule and managing the Integrated Master Schedule at the Program level
  • Experience in creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment and resource requirements

Summary pay range: $78,200 - $105,800
