As a "Senior Executive/Coordinator" at Iron Mountain, your primary responsibility is to manage Record Management Responsibilities IMI facilities, supervise and manage working team on ground aside vendorised staffs, plan for seamless, qualitative and on-time delivery for projects adhering by the scope of work, deliver RMS KPI as per the guidelines.
You should be open-minded and collaborative to various scopes of integration of various warehouse operations, ensuring safety and security of the facility.
Qualifying Criteria…
● Responsible handling the 4-5 warehouse operations and team deployed.
● Responsible for achieving daily as well as monthly productivity.
● Responsible for managing client escalations and ensuring smooth operations at each client site.
● Experience- Min 3-5 yrs experience managing multiple operational sites.
● Target oriented and self motivated team player with deep understanding of Warehouse operations, Facility consolidation/migration/ TAT, facility KPI score.
● Must have previous experience of handling RIM operations projects with inhouse and vendorised teams. .
● Deep understanding of Google Sheets and MIS reporting is highly required.
● Educational background: Graduate is must, MBA in Operations will be preferred.
● Should have good knowledge of production and productivity of RIM operations (Retrieval/Refilling/IOD scanning/ Racking/Putaway/RIM projects/ETC)
● Must be a customer oriented thinker willing to relocate as per project requirements.
