Job Description

Join a fast‑paced operations team that plays a critical role in processing payments, supporting lockbox operations, and ensuring accurate item processing for our clients. Onsite Position
Monday - Friday
Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (may slightly differ)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Process customer payments and exceptions accurately and efficiently within established deadlines.

  • Prepare, batch, and organize customer payments for processing.

  • Perform advanced 10‑key data entry

  • Complete complex research, adjustments, and exception resolution activities.

  • Balance credits and debits across transactions; resolve discrepancies.

  • Perform advanced item processing functions requiring specialized experience.

  • Work directly with lockbox processing workflows, including high‑volume deposit and remittance activities.

  • Support team operations by handling escalated issues and guiding less experienced staff.

  • Maintain compliance with client specifications and operational standards.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Experience in item processing (required).

  • Experience with lockbox processing workflows (required).

  • Strong knowledge of remittance and payment processing procedures.

  • Ability to perform complex transaction analysis and balance reconciliation.

  • Proficient with 10‑key data entry in a production environment.

  • Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds..

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

  • Ability to identify and correct errors in calculations and balances.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Education Requirement: High school diploma or GED
