Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our Human Capital teams develop and implement long-term people strategies that align the firm’s talent agenda with its business objectives. This includes analyzing workforce trends, driving strategic workforce planning, and shaping initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Within Talent & Development, you will focus on identifying, developing, and retaining talent to enable the firm’s strategy. Using market insights and people data (including strategic workforce plans), you will design and execute initiatives that build critical capabilities, close skills gaps, and elevate employee skills, knowledge, and experience. You will work closely with business and HC leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth that supports attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent.

You are expected to operate as a proactive, reliable team member who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, work with diverse stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision. You take ownership of your work, bring a commercial lens to initiatives, and build a strong professional brand as you navigate the firm and expand your impact.

Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:

  • Support the implementation of the firm’s HC strategy across lines of service (e.g. talent, culture, engagement, performance, inclusion & diversity).

  • Track progress of key HC initiatives, maintaining project trackers, action logs, and summary dashboards.

  • Conduct research and benchmarking on HC trends, policies, and practices to inform strategic discussions and recommendations.

  • Prepare draft presentations, briefs, and management updates.

2. Employee Experience, Engagement & Brand Alignment

  • Partner with HC, Brand, and business teams to ensure HC programs reflect PwC’s values and employer brand.

  • Support the design and execution of people-focused campaigns (e.g. engagement, well-being, D&I, recognition, culture) from an HC standpoint.

  • Draft internal HC communications (emails, intranet content, FAQs, collateral) to drive awareness and adoption of HC initiatives.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering HC-led events such as inductions, career fairs, engagement activities, and recognition events.

3. Policy, Governance & Compliance

  • Assist in preparing documentation and data for internal/external audits and compliance reviews related to people processes.

  • Contribute to maintaining and updating standard operating procedures and HC process documentation.

4. HC Support & Operations

  • Coordinate with different HC verticals (e.g. Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to support seamless delivery of people processes and initiatives.

Experience Required: 2-3 Years
