Job Description

This role supports day‑to‑day production operations related to remittance processing. Work is routine, closely supervised, and follows established procedures with clearly defined resolution paths. As experience is gained, responsibilities may expand to include increased ownership of process execution and mentoring opportunities.

Schedule

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • 7 days a week operation

  • Must work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

  • Most schedules will include one weekday off

What You Will Be Doing

  • Receive and process incoming remittance mail beginning early morning hours.

  • Open mail manually and remove all contents from envelopes for processing.

  • Scan remittance items and prepare payments for downstream processing.

  • Sort, verify, and organize remittance documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Support day‑to‑day production operations, including monitoring workflows and basic reporting.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting using defined procedures and escalate issues as needed.

  • Maintain accuracy while handling sensitive financial documents and payments.

  • Communicate routine information requiring little explanation or interpretation.

  • Follow security, quality, and compliance standards at all times.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive work with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfort working in a structured, production‑driven environment.

  • Ability to follow established procedures and work under close supervision.

  • Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work early morning shifts.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
