Primary functions & responsibilities
The Talent Development Analyst will be responsible for many of the foundational aspects of the team’s priorities. The Analyst will support a variety of global, regional and local initiatives and will gain exposure across the breadth of Talent Development. Examples of each category of responsibilities may include:
- Talent Development Operations – supporting Talent Development’s global operations such as managing contracting and vendor agreements as well as budgeting and invoicing.
- Firmwide Performance Management Process – systems administration, reporting and analytics.
- Learning & Development Systems – supporting the administration of our Learning Management System and various self-directed resources and online learning catalogs, including managing participation rosters and attendance for global programs.
- Training Coordination – supporting the development, delivery and analysis of efficacy across a variety of training events, including customized training requests and Management & Leadership development programming.
- India Annual Training - supporting the delivery of local trainings across a variety of topics to support the annual learning plan. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders and vendors, internally and externally, managing all logistics for trainings, and capturing feedback and participation post sessions.
- Community Engagement – supporting the implementation of our employee volunteerism and donation efforts, including inputting events in our volunteer management system, tracking participation, reporting, etc.
- General Support – Assist the global team with any ad-hoc projects (creating PPT materials, training documents) as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in Talent Development / Learning & Development
