SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the VP Global Total Rewards and a dotted line to Senior HR Program Manager, the Associate HR program Manager will lead global initiatives that drive operational excellence, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will manage complex, cross-functional projects that directly contribute to HR functional goals and business priorities. You will partner with stakeholders across regions and disciplines, influence decision-making, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact programs.

This is a hybrid full-time position based at our Princeton, NJ headquarters, with on-site presence required Tuesday through Thursday. As a global role, occasional flexibility for early morning or evening calls is necessary to ensure effective collaboration across time zones.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Project Leadership

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex HR projects spanning multiple functions, both within and beyond HR
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of process maps and standard operating procedures, ensuring they are regularly updated, fit for purpose, and compliant.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Contribute to the achievement of HR functional goals and operating plans through successful delivery of strategic projects

Risk & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Research, evaluate and recommend enhancements and innovative solutions to optimize HR processes and program delivery, focusing on the employee experience, automation, and scalability,
  • Review, make recommendations, and update global policies and practices.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams.
  • Plan and facilitate project meetings; provide meeting minutes with follow-up tasks and due dates.
  • Prepare meeting materials and presentations to support discussions and decision-making.
  • Influence stakeholders to adopt best practices and align project priorities.
  • Coordinate data gathering and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure timely input and resource availability.

Change Management & Knowledge Sharing

  • Develop and implement well-defined change management and communication plans to drive adoption of new processes.
  • Update HR resource documents and maintain the Intranet site and HR toolkit for project launches and key updates.
  • Serve as a resource and provide guidance to team members on project management best practices.

Leadership & Autonomy

  • Work independently within broad guidelines while receiving consultative direction from the VP, HR Services & Total Rewards, and Senior HR Program Manager.
  • Implement, maintain, and proactively review and make improvements to HR policies, practices, processes, systems, procedures, and templates. Ensuring that all documentation remains compliant with local labor laws and regulations in all countries.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR Generalist or HR Shared Services experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR program or project management required
  • Advanced knowledge of project management principles and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, RAID logs).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of scalable HR processes, programs, and HR technology solutions for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is necessary
  • Experience working in a regulated industry with preference for life sciences / MedTech.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Abilities, including the ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Experience working in a global organization preferred.
  • Be results-oriented, resourceful, innovative, and at the same time focus on being cost effective and fiscally responsible.
  • Functional knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee engagement.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic setting.

Salary Pay Range:

$94,300.00 - $129,950.00 USD Salary

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
