Position Overview Support the Hotels & Hospitality team in delivering comprehensive real estate services to hotel owners, operators, and investors across the Saudi Arabian market. This role provides exposure to hotel valuation, investment sales, asset management advisory, and market research within the rapidly growing hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research on hotel performance, supply pipeline, and demand drivers across key Saudi markets. Prepare competitive set analyses and market positioning studies. Monitor STR data, occupancy rates, ADR trends, and RevPAR performance for client properties and competitive assets.

Financial Analysis & Modeling Assist in preparing hotel valuations using income, cost, and sales comparison approaches. Build and maintain financial models for hotel investments, including cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses. Support due diligence processes for hotel transactions.

Client Support & Relationship Management Assist senior team members in client presentations and pitch preparations. Coordinate property tours and client meetings. Maintain client databases and communication records. Support business development initiatives within the hotels sector.

Transaction Support Assist in marketing hotel properties for sale or lease. Prepare offering memoranda, financial summaries, and marketing materials. Coordinate with legal, technical, and financial advisors during transaction processes. Maintain transaction databases and deal tracking systems.

Administrative & Reporting Prepare regular market reports and client updates. Maintain property databases and market intelligence systems. Support team scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics. Assist in preparing proposals and fee estimates for new assignments.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, consulting, or financial services preferred. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Technical Skills Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Experience with STR, CoStar, or similar hospitality data platforms preferred. Knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and database management systems. Understanding of hotel operations and key performance metrics.

Personal Attributes Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions. Cultural awareness and understanding of the Saudi hospitality market.
