Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst-4

Clarivate is seeking a curious, creative, detail-oriented team player for the role of Associate Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to work on data analysis, market research (both primary and secondary), competitive intelligence, forecasting, and custom consulting projects within the medical devices and healthcare sectors. As part of Clarivate’s MedTech Data team, you’ll leverage real-world healthcare data to uncover actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for leading medical device companies.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

  • Fresher or 6 months' experience working with large datasets using SQL or Python.

  • You hold a B.E. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Medical Electronics, Pharmacy, or a related field.

  • You’re proficient in MS Excel and possess strong presentation and written communication skills.

  • You thrive under tight deadlines and can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, product managers, sales leaders, and client-facing analysts.

  • You’re solution-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time.

What You’ll Be Doing in this role

  • Understand customer perspectives and pain points, working closely with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions.

  • Build, mine, and manage multiple datasets for market modelling and analysis.

  • Design and execute surveys, analyse results, and maintain SKU/product catalogues.

  • Evaluate data outputs for market trends, identify insights, and resolve data inconsistencies.

  • Research emerging device markets, including competitive landscape and product segmentation.

  • Manage custom client requests and present key findings to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for data analysis and experimentation, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and deliver impactful insights.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Clarivate’s products, data models, and data strategy.

Work Hours

This role follows a 12 PM – 9 PM IST schedule to ensure effective collaboration with teams based in Toronto and other global offices.

Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday to Friday) Location: Bangalore
