Participate in client meetings and support the execution of consulting projects
Prepare reports detailing consulting services performed; present findings and discuss results and recommendations with clients as appropriate
Travel to client locations as needed to deliver consulting services
Complete client projects efficiently in accordance with established timelines and critical milestones
Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze client data and document results and recommendations
Attend relevant conferences, trainings, and meetings to support ongoing professional development
0–2 years of relevant experience
Willingness and ability to travel to assigned client locations; must have access to reliable transportation
High degree of integrity and professionalism
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong multitasking and project management abilities
CPA certification or progress toward certification (preferred but not required)

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $66,100 - $109,500
