The Global HR Solutions team is an organization built to deliver end to end dedicated services and partnerships with HRS countries, COE’s and employees across the globe.  As part of this team, you will create moments that matter.

Responsibilities:  

As the Associate / Senior Associate - HR Solutions (HRS) - Reporting you will be responsible to execute standard and ad-hoc reporting for all HR areas regionally / globally while providing first level analytics as required. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain moderate to complex custom reports in Workday
  • Provide HR reporting and analytics consulting, troubleshooting, and support for ad hoc requests and projects across HR teams in various business areas, affiliates, and COEs
  • Ongoing review and monitoring of audit reports
  • Develop scalable solutions for content or visualization needs unmet by Workday reports using Workday Discovery Boards, Workday Sheets and/or PowerBI
  • Support HR systems projects through project management, testing, and implementation as required
  • Continuous improvement ensuring simplification of processes required to provide reporting
  • Stakeholder management across HR to ensure positive relationship and a collaborative approach through issues
  • Participate in cross functional change and improvements from end to end, managing key stakeholders across the business including.  Will also take a lead role in relevant workstreams.
  • Responsible for running reports on SLA and dashboard reporting to executive leadership
  • Provide feedback and input to global reporting strategy, including report types and reporting and analytics tools.
  • Support the reporting team with appropriate coaching, direction and guidance
  • Apply a compliance and audit mindset in all areas you support.
  • Comply with global guidelines and standards.
  • Support training, communication, and change management activities, including development of end-user or HR training. 
  • Actively engage with the Workday Community - staying ahead of Workday releases and influencing change

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or Human Resources OR 3+ years’ experience in the reporting and analytics space

Additional Skills/Preferences

  • Prior Workday experience
  • Broad HR knowledge across various disciplines (hire to retire)
  • Experience developing reports and conducting data analysis to support HR programs and requests
  • Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI
  • Proven ability to work with confidential information
  • Strong resilience to ambiguous environments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong data management and attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management
