Associate Full-Stack Software Engineer

Our Team is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, team-oriented Associate Full Stack Engineer who enjoys working alongside business analysts and developers in the enhancement and creation of various technical tools to bring increased efficiency to our business partners.  

Position Responsibilities:

  •  Build, code, test and maintain applications using C#.NET, SQL, Azure.

  •  Create solutions using OpenAI, LLM, Doc Intelligence.

  • Work with various data sources like SQL, Mongo, EDL.

  • Work with Solution Analysts and business partners in configuring and supporting various automation tools.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies; supporting rapid iteration and development.

  •  Contribute to the success of the team through active participation with different projects and initiatives.

  • Participate in functional demos.

  • Experiment with emerging technologies.

  • Integrate other automation activities through other methodologies of low code products.

  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies.


Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent development skills using C# .NET, SQL, Azure, Windows Server.

  • Familiar with scripting languages

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle.

  • Exceptional customer service focus and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborative approach to work with team members; participate in code reviews, share skills and methods.

  • Flexible & adaptable to change.

  • Resiliency with ambiguity.

  • Leadership & influencing skills.

  •  Hard-working & collaborative team mate with a Can-Do approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience in computer science/engineering

  • Experience working with Azure AI services to create apps, agents and automations.

  • Experience with AI frameworks like RAG and LangChain.

  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles, continuous integration and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features.

  • Familiar with modern software architectures and development dedicated to interfaces.

  • Knowledge and experience in the financial industry and specifically Retirement Operations

  • Agile / DevOps certifications.

Working Arrangement

Salary range is expected to be between

$60,900.00 CAD - $113,100.00 CAD
