Associate Full-stack Software Engineer

Position Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience, including internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles.
  • Experience with software development fundamentals, such as backend development, APIs, or event-driven systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Build and maintain well-scoped features and bug fixes for Alerts and Notifications systems with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Write clean, reliable code using established patterns and tooling.
  • Participate in code reviews, applying feedback and contributing peer reviews as experience grows.
  • Assist with operational support, including reviewing alerts, logs, and supporting incident resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver defined requirements on time.
  • Maintain documentation and follow runbooks for owned components.
