The Associate Full Stack Developer is responsible for implementation of client specific business requirements using a proprietary application framework. Our position is team-oriented and collaborative and works closely with other non-IT departments. We utilize technologies such as C#, JavaScript, AWS.What You’ll Be Doing
70% Product Development & Programming
Design, develop, and implement scalable websites and applications using Angular, React, C#, and other modern web technologies.
Program utilizing pre-constructed routines and framework components while adding customized code based on client needs and requirements.
Learn and maintain deep understanding of Maritz software platforms and system capabilities.
Produce user-friendly, and navigable website experiences within the base product.
Collaborate with other developers to write and troubleshoot medium to complex routines.
30% Testing, Troubleshooting & Client Support
Test existing implementations, perform root cause analysis, and debug programming issues to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize data analysis to make sound decisions while troubleshooting application bugs and performance problems.
Review code customizations with senior developers.
Provide concise project status updates and information to management and project teams.
Work with account teams to understand client needs and objectives, and assist in gaining project team and client approval.
Provide onsite support as required for all applications developed.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience required. Computer Science or Engineering degree with emphasis on application development a plus 1–3 years of relevant experience in web production, interactive media, or application development required.
Experience with C# or JAVA (or equivalent OOP language), object-oriented application development, and logical problem-solving skills required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and multi-task under time constraints.
Professional oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
Experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, RESTful services, and/or SQL.
Things You Should Know
We operate in a primarily remote environment, with intentional in-person collaboration and team gatherings as needed. Candidates should be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Frederick, MD to support these connections.
