Position Summary: Support consumer service operations by handling inquiries promptly and professionally, contributing to a positive brand image and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer inquiries, gather necessary information, and provide accurate responses or escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist in implementing promotional ideas based on survey results under guidance from manager.
  • Prepare basic monthly reports summarizing customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Support in conducting customer surveys and compiling data for reporting purposes.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Consumer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

  • College degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in inbound call service or preferably general understanding of golf equipment
  • Native Korean Speaker
