Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Firmware Engineer with diverse technical backgrounds who love and can use their personal experience to grow our teams. A good background in embedded software development and real time control systems is required. You will report to the Manager located in Poland and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement new features following technical specifications and our requirements
  • Bug fixing and support in analyzing issues in existing code
  • Work with an existing codebase (often legacy) and performing gradual refactoring
  • Write clean, testable, and high‑performance code following established coding standards

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Masters of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering; or equivalent in-depth knowledge and experience.
  • Design, program, debug and modify software.
  • Base knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design as well as real-time development using the C/C++ language required.
  • Willingness to work in a diverse set of software development frameworks including Agile and Scrum as the business demands
  • English

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Python,
  • Green Hills Integrity OS and Multi IDE,
  • TI DSP programming using Code Composer Studio and debugging experience,
  • GitLab, JIRA, Confluence,
  • UML using Enterprise Architect,
  • JAMA, DOORS, Polarion or similar
