Job Description
About Us:Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Financial Planning
Assist in financial planning discussions and goal-setting with clients.
Gather and analyze client data to create personalized financial plans.
Conduct research and develop recommendations aligned with client objectives.
Prepare planning deliverables and participate in client meetings.
Follow up with clients on action items and financial strategies.
Answer client inquiries regarding accounts, investments, and financial strategies.
Marketing & Business Development
Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to acquire new clients.
Coordinate and support client appreciation events and educational seminars.
Implement social media and online marketing strategies.
Network with Centers of Influence (COIs) to drive client referrals.
Leverage the firm’s referral program to expand client relationships.
Investment & Product Solutions
Assess client risk tolerance, time horizons, and investment goals.
Recommend suitable investment and product solutions aligned with client needs.
Prepare and present investment proposals.
Monitor market trends and economic events to provide informed financial guidance.
Execute and track investment transactions and adjustments as needed.
Practice Management & Client Service
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
Assist in compliance-related tasks and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
Organize and manage key business initiatives, such as process improvements and client retention strategies.
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized office environment to enhance client experience.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build client relationships.
Series 7, Series 66, and state life, accident, and health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them).
High level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow the business.
Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM tools is a plus.
