Job Summary:
Associate - FIC Product Development, Markets Division
Job Duties:
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on the FIC market landscape, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities for FIC product development.
- Support end‑to‑end product development, covering both new product initiatives and the enhancement of current offerings such as Forex futures, options, or other related products.
- Evaluate market demand and client use cases to design actionable, measurable initiatives aimed at improving product performance in terms of liquidity and trading volume.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop product solutions and scheme enhancements that address client needs and market pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including platforms, operations, legal, and risk—to ensure product efficiency, compliance, and competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred in Finance, Economics or other related subjects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial industry, prefer to have future brokerage working experience.
- Understanding of the trade life cycle and regulatory environment impacting the exchange market.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly collaborative with a strong team spirit.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver well-structured and compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
