We have an exciting opportunity to join our Functional Service Provider (FSP) program as an Associate Feasibility Manager. This position leads the setup, survey programming, securing of resources and overall conduct for feasibility studies according to timeline, quality standards and client expectations.
- Develops and oversees collaborative relationships with internal departments to conduct and ensure delivery of high-quality feasibility/site identification assessments. Conducts feasibility surveys and participates in intelligence gathering to coordinate feasibility projects and deliverables according to contractual obligations
- Leads internal planning meetings, training calls, client KOM and interim client teleconferences.
- Collaborates on the development of initial site list development (initial site prioritization).
- Ensures accuracy and quality of survey driven data, including review and QC of departmental deliverables at all stages of the feasibility conduct.
- Reviews and analyzes project status to ensure successful completion of milestones, timelines and deliverables.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the department and liaises cross-functionally.
- Works with team to identify potential risks and out of scope activity; discusses contingency plans with strategist and/or PM; identifies risk trends across projects.
- Contributes to the development, testing and maintenance of the electronic survey tool.
- Assists in the development of the feasibility budget in the instance of a budget modification. Manages feasibility hours / budget for assigned projects.
- May act as support for senior team members on larger and/or key client projects.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous clinical research / feasibility experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years’ experience)
- In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

- Basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting, and managing to contractual expectations
- Good computer skills

This is a salaried role ($75K - $110K USD) that will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Compensation will be initially discussed during the screening period, with actual compensation confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
