Associate Facilities Coordinator

Japan - Tokyo Full time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet all individuals entering the facility, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience. 

  • Issue visitor passes and strictly adhere to security protocols. 

  • Assist in placing orders for office and breakroom supplies for the assigned location. 

  • Assist with on-site events by liaising with multiple teams, organizing setup and teardown of rooms, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies. 

  • Support colleagues and suppliers by providing assistance and following location-specific processes. 

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of community spaces, including shared workstations, collaboration areas, and meeting rooms. 

  • Receive and distribute mail according to location-specific protocols.  

  • Receive and route various service requests and issues from colleagues, contractors, and suppliers using internal management systems. 


 Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent
