Associate / Experienced Procurement Coordinator

Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is seeking an Associate / Experienced Supply Chain Quality & Credit Hold Support Focal (Procurement Coordinator / Level B or C)  to join our team in Hialeah, FL.   

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in clearing Quality holds by resolving issues related to missing certificates, non-conforming parts, and incomplete supplier documentation.

  • Support the resolution of Credit holds by identifying and addressing missing supplier data, and collaborating with Accounts Payable to expedite payment and verify part receipts.

  • Work cross-functionally with Quality, Performance & Execution teams, Warehousing, and Accounts Payable to streamline processes and drive timely resolution of holds.

  • Communicate with suppliers, procurement agents, and internal customers to identify and resolve discrepancies in quotes, billing, contracts, and documentation to ensure contractual compliance.

  • Collect, organize, and provide data from various systems to procurement agents and management for effective evaluation of procurement cycle performance.

  • Enter data, run queries, and update databases to ensure data integrity and timeliness for procurement agents, management, and other customers.

  • Gather and send documentation (drawings, specifications, statements of work) to suppliers to define contractual requirements.

  • Plan and implement activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

  • Research, source, evaluate, and process orders to purchase services, supplies, and equipment based on price, service, quality, and warranty to meet customer needs.

  • Continuously review and analyze demand and supply, optimizing supply chain execution while balancing inventory, supply orders, and schedule demand.

  • Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 4+ years of related work experience.

  • Professional/interpersonal verbal & written communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Direct experience interacting with suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study

  • 6+ years of related work experience.

  • General knowledge of Aerospace compliance and regulations

  • Experience in Program or Project Management

  • Experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts/agreement, reading Terms and Conditions

  • Collaboration with other internal teams to meet the needs of our internal and external customers’ requirements thru effective communication.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range (Associate - Level B): $40,000 - $56,000

Summary pay range (Experienced- Level C): $46,000 - $65,000
