Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to support Branch Readiness, Enablement and Coaching. This role provides advanced, confidential, and strategic administrative support to two senior leaders. Serving as a trusted partner, the Associate Executive Specialist ensures seamless day‑to‑day operations through effective prioritization, proactive management of executive activities, and independent handling of sensitive matters within a complex, matrixed organization. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism, and acts as a key liaison between leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear communication and consistent follow‑through on priorities.
In this role, you will:
Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
Support projects
Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
Act as information source on group and company policies
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with external customers
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in the financial services industry
Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, schedule events, assist with internal and external presentations, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments
Experience working with project management
Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to answer and manage multiple phone lines
Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
