Success in this role requires the intellectual curiosity to stay at the forefront of cultural and category dynamics, the emotional intelligence to question and understand consumer behaviour and the collaborative spirit to work closely with internal creative, account, and project management teams. It also requires a certain confidence, gravitas and way with words (written and spoken) that means clients, listen.
Responsibilities:
This role is located within one of our hub offices, working across a range of accounts. In some cases, you will serve as the Strategy lead; in others, you will partner closely with more senior strategists. As such, responsibilities span both ownership and collaboration, with an expectation of independent thinking and high-quality delivery.
Lead and contribute to all aspects of the strategy process — from research and analysis to insight development and creative briefing — with a high degree of independence and sound judgment.
Provide clear, thoughtful strategic counsel to clients and internal teams, including identifying proactive opportunities for growth.
$90,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
