About the Role:
As an Associate Director - Risk Advisor, you will lead complex risk management projects with significant autonomy, providing expert guidance to the organization. You will play a key role in strategic planning, ensuring comprehensive risk strategies are in place to protect the organization's interests and mitigate potential losses.

Responsibilities:
• Lead complex risk management projects with autonomy.
• Provide expert guidance on risk management strategies.
• Develop and implement advanced risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee the execution of risk controls and policies.
• Conduct strategic risk assessments and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with executive teams on risk-related initiatives.
• Monitor emerging risks and propose proactive measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in risk management practices.
• Mentor and support junior risk management team members.

Compensation:

$122,300.00 - $218,550.00 USD

 

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
