What You'll Do

The Associate Director, Product Marketing, will support the on-going launch of Attruby (acoramidis) and will drive cross-functional collaboration and tactical alignment, ensuring on-going success in the US. This individual will lead the development and execution of tactics supporting HCPs (physicians, APPs, etc.). This person will occupy an important role on commercial product teams, work closely with Market Insights, Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated commercial planning and execution. The Associate Director, Product Marketing, should feel at home in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. This position requires excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills. This role will report to the Executive Director of HCP Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and leads key elements of the HCP personal and non-personal promotional brand strategy aligned to strategic imperatives

  • Drives execution through the management of and partnership with external agencies, internal cross-functional partners, and field sales. Regularly measures the success of initiatives via key performance indicators.

  • Leverages market research and analytics to optimize promotional marketing tactics

  • Implements a communication strategy to ensure alignment with the sales team, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy

  • Assist in the creation of HCP promotional tactics utilized to drive brand preference

  • Assist in the development of all market-shaping promotion tactics

  • Gains approval for marketing materials through an internal review process, including management reviews and Medical-Legal-Regulatory. Secures final production.

  • Analyzes complex brand opportunities and provides logical recommendations; leads any required action planning.

  • Provides tactical and strategic input on key planning items across all HCP activities such as omnichannel marketing campaigns and executions, conference planning and unbranded disease education campaigns

  • Establishes close working relationships with other organizational colleagues (e.g. Sales, IT, Market Access, etc.) to ensure synergies across the brand marketing mix

  • Proactively evaluate/assess the relevant market landscape, monitoring changes in market dynamics, competition, clinician needs and practices

Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration 3x per week in our San Francisco and Palo Alto Offices.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of industry experience

  • Cardiovascular experience preferred but not required

  • Demonstrated record of successful pharmaceutical/biotech marketing progression/experience

  • A proven ability to leverage market insights from multiple data sources, including market research, advisory boards, and field force input, to uncover needs and develop opportunities

  • Experience with marketing strategy, sales, and regulatory policies and practices

  • Ability to conceive, develop, and implement multi-dimensional marketing and business plans

  • High-level strategic thinking, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategy and to align with key stakeholders on operational priorities

  • Proven self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, across multiple projects 

  • Collaborates seamlessly across functions to build effective working relationships and align on strategy and execution. 

  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills 

  • High level of self-awareness and understanding of the importance of self-monitoring behavior for continuous improvement

  • ~20% travel anticipated

At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits. Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.
