Associate Director, Product Management – Power Platform Solutions

Are you passionate about building innovative solutions that transform business processes? As an Associate Director of Product Management, you will lead the development and delivery of internal-facing Power Platform solutions that drive automation, analytics, and digital transformation. You will work on projects that include canvas apps, model-driven apps, automated workflows, and data integration solutions—all designed to improve operational efficiency and create measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape the Vision: You will define product strategy and roadmap for Power Platform solutions in partnership with the VP of Engineering.
  • Turn Ideas into Action: You will translate business challenges into clear product requirements for apps and workflow automation.
  • Drive Delivery: You will own the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between business goals and engineering priorities.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: You will work closely with developers on data models, app architecture, and user experience design.
  • Grow Your Skills: You will develop hands-on expertise with Power Apps Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse, supported by leadership.
  • Ensure Quality: You will participate in sprint planning, testing, and monitor post-launch performance to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in technical product management or similar roles (e.g., product owner, technical program manager).
  • Experience working with software development teams in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can translate technical concepts into clear business language.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400 . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
