Overview

IQVIA is a global leader in advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research, dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes. You’ll work alongside industry experts at the intersection of data, science, and decision‑making, with the ability to shape offerings that materially impact how healthcare organizations operate and innovate.

We are currently seeking an Associate Director of Product Strategy to own the strategic direction, market positioning, and go‑to‑market execution for the Media OS platform. In this role, you will define where Media OS should play in the healthcare media ecosystem, how it differentiates from competing solutions, and how platform capabilities are translated into clear, compelling value for agencies, brands, and internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of product vision, customer outcomes, and commercial impact—ensuring Media OS investments drive adoption, retention, and long‑term growth.

You will lead a multi‑year product strategy and portfolio roadmap, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, GTM, Sales, and Client Services to bring strategy to life in market. From shaping value propositions and launch narratives to enabling pilots, lighthouse customers, and scalable GTM motions, you will steward the journey from concept to adoption. Your work will align roadmap priorities to measurable business outcomes, influence pricing and packaging discussions, and ensure Media OS capabilities are delivered with clarity, coherence, and market readiness.

This role is ideal for a strategic product leader with strong commercial instincts, a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, and a passion for turning complex platform capabilities into customer‑ready stories. You will play a critical leadership role in positioning Media OS as a differentiated, must‑have platform—driving organizational alignment, accelerating go‑to‑market execution, and helping the business consistently articulate and realize the value of its product investments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the product strategy and multi‑year roadmap for Media OS, grounded in customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business priorities.
  • Translate platform capabilities into clear value propositions aligned to priority personas (agencies, brands, internal teams).
  • Partner with product pillar leads to ensure strategic coherence across audience, activation, workflow, and measurement capabilities.
  • Identify strategic gaps and opportunities in the healthcare media landscape and shape build‑vs‑partner recommendations.

Go‑To‑Market & Commercial Enablement

  • Lead product‑led GTM motions for new capabilities, including launch strategy, packaging, positioning, and success metrics.
  • Partner closely with GTM, Sales, and Client Services to support adoption, expansion, and retention goals.
  • Develop high‑impact product narratives, pitch materials, demos, and enablement assets that translate complex platform capabilities into customer‑ready stories.
  • Support pilot programs, beta launches, and lighthouse customers to validate value and accelerate broader rollout.

Portfolio Planning & Business Impact

  • Align roadmap priorities to business outcomes such as platform adoption, churn reduction, and revenue growth.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for strategic initiatives, ensuring visibility into performance and impact.
  • Support pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy discussions by articulating feature value and differentiation.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Act as a strategic partner to Engineering, Product Management, Data, Partnerships, and Operations to ensure strategy is executable and scalable.
  • Influence without direct authority, aligning stakeholders around shared objectives and tradeoffs.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship across the product organization on strategy, GTM thinking, and customer‑centric decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of product experience, with a strong emphasis on product strategy, portfolio planning, and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping and launching SaaS or platform products in partnership with Sales and GTM teams.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising and media ecosystem, including DSPs, identity solutions, data onboarding, and measurement.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer and commercial narratives.
  • Excellent communication and executive‑level storytelling skills.
