The Role

As a Data Engineer, you'll be the visionary behind our data platforms, crafting them into powerful tools for decision-makers. Your role? As a Data Engineer at Kyndryl, you'll be at the forefront of the data revolution, crafting and shaping data platforms that power our organization's success. This role is not just about code and databases; it's about transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and innovation.

We are seeking a Marketing Data Lead with deep expertise in managing marketing data, ensuring compliance, and enabling AI-driven insight activation using Microsoft’s ecosystem (Microsoft Fabric, Azure  Power Copilot). You will focus on operational excellence, data quality, privacy governance, and practical AI deployment that empowers Marketing teams with instantly consumable data

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Thinking & Business Problem Assessment

• Assess complex business problems and translate them into data use cases and recommend and implement solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and data solutions
• Ability to connect the dots across multiple internal and external data sources and synthesize insights to offer recommendations that solve business problems.

Marketing Data Management & Governance

• Implement and maintain strong data management frameworks for quality, accuracy, lineage, and responsible usage.
• Ensure adherence to GDPR and global data privacy regulations.
• Train marketing users on data governance and privacy best practices.
• Drive data literacy, Enable rapid, insight-driven decision-making across Marketing.

AI Capability Deployment Using Microsoft Technologies

• Deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, Power BI, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
• Integrate Copilot experiences to democratize data access.
• Build and operationalize AI use cases including automated insights, segmentation, lead scoring, predictive models, anomaly detection, and automated reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in marketing data management, data governance, analytics, or related areas.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with marketing datasets
• Deep understanding of GDPR and global data protection laws.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Power BI, Power Platform, Azure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors in technology with Marketing degree preferred.
• Experience deploying Copilot-based AI capabilities.
• Experience with marketing platforms and data set (Workfront, Marketo, HGI ).
• Ability to coordinate across multiple service providers.
