Main responsibilities
Create the core mainline franchise strategy that leverages our differentiated assets while driving uptake across the full portfolio
Translate data into strategic business insights that shape priorities and drive execution
Lead performance management against comprehensive KPIs and own full P&L accountability for the Mainline Franchise
Create the development and maintenance of the complete path-to-plan for Mainline Franchise in partnership with Commercial Strategy
Identify and lead opportunities to streamline strategies across Mainline brands to optimize sales force effectiveness and customer engagement
Architect cohesive mainline structures across critical business platforms, including business reviews, national sales meetings, and strategic planning
Drive strategic leadership within the Vaxelis partnership, including strategy creation, alignment, forecasting, and business performance optimization
Develop end-to-end tactical execution across personal and non-personal promotional channels
Champion segmentation strategy pull-through to drive uptake in top targeted accounts spanning the mainline franchise and full portfolio
Oversee and be accountable for the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review process for promotional materials
Steward and optimize assigned promotional budgets to maximize ROI and business impact
Cross-functional collaboration with market access, sales, finance, portfolio marketing, franchise marketing, and health system marketing teams
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree
Preferred: Master's degree (MBA or related field)
Required Experience and Skills:
5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or medical device sales/marketing experience with demonstrated progression into strategic leadership roles
Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to architect innovative solutions
Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive results across matrixed organizations without direct authority
Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to present to and influence senior leadership
Track record of owning P&L accountability and delivering against ambitious business targets
Advanced data analytics capabilities with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
Outstanding project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail

The salary range for this position is:
$148,500.00 - $214,500.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
