The Associate Director of Data Management Operations leads three specialized operational teams responsible for Identity, Consumer, and HCP data processes. This leader ensures consistent excellence across all data domains, driving quality, standardization, SLA compliance, and efficient delivery of data required for internal products, measurement solutions, and cross functional stakeholders. The role operates at the intersection of operations, data quality, compliance, and product development—ensuring reliable execution today while building scalable processes for tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and specialists across Identity, Consumer, and HCP Data Management Operations.
• Set goals, KPIs, and performance expectations tailored to each operational area.
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, training, and professional development opportunities.
2. Operational Oversight Across HCP, Consumer & Identity Data Domains
• Oversee end to end operational workflows for ingestion, transformation, QA, and delivery of Identity, Consumer, and HCP data.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for operational issues, risk areas, and delivery challenges.
• Ensure teams consistently meet SLAs, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain standardization and alignment of processes across all three data categories.
3. Collaboration With Product, Engineering & Development
• Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, and development teams to identify required enhancements and operational capabilities.
• Participate in roadmap discussions, translating product needs into operational requirements.
• Support solution design, testing, and rollout of new pipelines, automations, and tools.
• Oversee smooth transitions from development to steady state operations.
4. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and data handling requirements specific to Identity, Consumer, and HCP datasets.
• Maintain audit ready documentation, process maps, and controls.
• Identify operational risks, implement mitigation plans, and track remediation efforts.
5. Strategic Planning & Process Improvement
• Develop multi quarter operational improvement plans across all three data disciplines.
• Lead automation, workflow optimization, and operational scaling initiatives.
• Evaluate new data sources, tools, and vendor capabilities to support operational growth.
• Champion best practices across ingestion, transformation, validation, and data delivery.
6. Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Serve as the senior point of contact for internal teams requesting Identity, Consumer, or HCP data support.
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and risks to leadership and cross functional teams.
• Partner with Delivery, GTM, Information Management, and other internal groups to ensure end to end alignment and readiness.
Qualifications
• 8+ years in data management, data operations, data engineering, or related functions.
• 4+ years of people leadership, including managing multiple teams or domains.
• Experience with identity data, consumer data, or healthcare data strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of data ingestion, mapping, QC, transformation, and operational SLAs.
• Proven track record building scalable, automated, and compliant data processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and cross-functional leadership skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $84,400.00 - $235,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
