Maximum Term/Fixed Term (Fixed Term)The role is to manage the quality, consistency and reliability of management information used to track progress on NAB T&EO strategy and performance. These are to demonstrate sustainable value creation within an effective risk framework.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Manage multiple teams to deliver goals for Risk Governance and Reporting function of T&EO Chief Operating Officer.
Coordination of inputs used to track progress across T&EO risk and compliance activities.
Development of complete, accurate and timely management information for cross-division T&EO activities to facilitate day-to-day risk management and enable oversight.
Maintain a disciplined focus on simplification and sustainable outcomes.
Translating data and analysis to promote actionable insights and business value.
Review and challenge management information.
The ability to interpret and communicate internal policy for stakeholders and colleagues.
Demonstrated experience in problem solving, to ensure the accuracy of data, identify root-causes of issues, and to improve efficiencies.
Attention to detail with an inquisitive mindset.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to offer solutions.
Excellent time management, organisation skills and resilience.
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
Your Skill And Experience:
At least 5 to 8 years' experience in a risk reporting role, preferably with at least 3 years in banking and financial services (Big 4 background is a plus)
Strong understanding of Governance including Risk & Compliance, Third-party Risk Assessment, and Reporting Insights, or others
Strong stakeholder management experience;
Strong people leadership skills, team building, motivation, coaching skills and experience leading teams of 10+ people.
Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret data
Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
Highly self-motivated with interpersonal and communication skills
