Job Purpose
The Associate Director- Digital Quality Operations - GCC will maintain, sustain and improve Enterprise Digital Solutions to enable performance monitoring, data access and activity automation. This role will drive continuous improvement and adoption of quality digital solutions while driving standardization and simplifying access to insights and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Quality digital solution process & product owner to govern, maintain/sustain existing reporting tools and drive continuous improvement. This includes managing break fix/enhancement requests for internally built applications and those that have business owner responsibility in the Quality Digital Operations Team
Develop applications with TECH, process GBPOs and Business Excellence as KPI definition owners acting as the Quality Business product owner translating business requirements into technical understanding
Manage team capacity and prioritization for internal and external resources.
Maintain current in terms of technology knowledge including the technical skills development for the organization
Coordinate an Enterprise Quality business insights and reporting roadmap with the Quality Digital Solutions Global Business Process Owner to deliver standardized reporting capabilities as an enabler of business performance management and data access for both GxP and non-GxP needs
Integrate user requirements into the backlog, maintain the changes in the roadmap
Drive organizational change management (standardized usage) and provide support to user community
Monitor end user satisfaction & adoption, including usage measures for each application broken out into
Financial support in terms of creating minor PIPs, providing input on major PIPs and support to track spend on digital solution created and supported by the group.
Engage with the Azure team, Quality AI group, Common Quality Data Model process owner and overall Quality Digital Solutions Global Business Process Owner to support the data modeling and insights approaches that would impact the team’s Digital Quality Solutions.
Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent in experience with total 16+ years of experience.
8 years’ experience working in a digital environment driving large digital projects, ideally with experience working in a regulated environment
Proven track record with respect to leadership, innovation and continuous improvement
Clear decision-making ability focusing on prioritization and problem solving
The ability to translate business requirements that deliver digital solutions and value
Strong experience in technical or engineering role. Experience working in agile teams that drive innovation and simplification by providing enterprise wide standardized solutions. Ability to work across an enterprise to influence business outcomes as quickly as possible.
