The Job

  • Support the management and operation of the online Direct-to-Customer (DTC) insurance sales channel for FWD HK

  • Assist in designing and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey, including Online-only and Online-Merged-Offline (OMO) sales conversion

  • Oversee day-to-day online operations, including:

    • Digital content development (text, image, video)

    • Social media account management

    • Online traffic generation and lead qualification

    • Driving optimized sales conversion

  • Collaborate on implementing technological and operational solutions, leveraging tools such as data analytics, generative AI, RPA, and messaging technologies

  • Work closely with internal teams and management to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business objectives

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in online digital sales and marketing, preferably in life insurance or digital brokerage

  • Hands-on experience in operating online sales and marketing initiatives with measurable business impact

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media management for sales and marketing

  • Familiarity with data analytics and digital tools for online sales optimization

  • Understanding of insurance customer journey and OMO integration

  • Strong execution capability with strategic awareness

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; willing to work extended hours when necessary
