Not RequiredThe Design Certification Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director Systems Engineer to support Avionics certification programs. This would be in the Airborne Electronic Hardware (AEH) discipline. The candidate is expected to have product or system certification experience in this AEH discipline. This position includes review and approval of certification compliance data, interface with customers, suppliers, and external certification authorities, and hands-on work with engineering teams to provide guidance in the development of and adherence to certification-related processes.
This position is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa but working remote is a possibility for the right candidate.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
