SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The Customer Engagement Lead will spearhead the business transformation of omnichannel customer engagement under the company's "Customer 2030" strategy. Closely aligned with the global "AI 30" initiative, this role will deeply empower the daily operations and strategic decision-making of business units by building multi-dimensional Customer 360 profiles and designing, as well as implementing, cutting-edge AI solutions.

You will act as the core digital strategic partner to Business Unit (BU) Heads, gaining deep insights into business pain points and growth opportunities. Through digital and intelligent capabilities, you will be dedicated to significantly enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the organization, helping the company achieve its commercial goals of being "Faster, Smarter, and More Precise," and driving rapid, sustainable business growth in a complex market environment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Planning & Business Transformation: Deeply align with and execute the company's "Customer 2030" vision and the global "AI 30" initiative, formulating and driving the regional customer engagement digital strategy. Lead cross-functional business transformation projects to ensure technological vision translates into tangible business value.
  • Customer 360 Profiling & Insight Generation: Orchestrate the integration of multi-source internal and external data to build a dynamic 360-degree profiling system for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Leverage advanced data analytics and machine learning models to uncover customer behavioral preferences and actual needs, providing a solid data foundation for personalized engagement.
  • End-to-End AI Solution Design & Deployment: Lead the discovery, architectural design, and implementation of AI applications tailored for Customer Engagement (e.g., Generative AI content creation, Next Best Action recommendation engines). Ensure agile iteration of AI products to directly address business scenarios and pain points through technological innovation.
  • Executive Business Partnering & Synergy: Act a strategic partner for BU, translating business challenges into clear digital mandates. Empower business teams to increase market reach and conversion rates by providing customized AI tools and data products.
  • Building Efficient & Intelligent Customer Journeys: Reshape the omnichannel customer engagement lifecycle, utilizing AI algorithms to optimize resource allocation and communication touchpoints. Strive to make commercial and medical communications "Faster, Smarter, and More Precise," continuously enhancing customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education & Industry Background: Master’s degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, CRM, and AI solution implementation. A background in multinational pharmaceutical companies or top-tier tech/consulting firms is highly preferred.
  • Technical & Professional Skills: Profound understanding of AI application scenarios (especially Generative AI and Machine Learning) within the life sciences sector. Expertise in data-driven customer profiling and omnichannel marketing ecosystems. Familiarity with mainstream industry system architectures .
  • Outstanding Business Acumen: Exceptional commercial insight, capable of acting as a Business Translator to convert complex frontier technology concepts into easily understandable business language. Familiar with product commercialization models and healthcare compliance/regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Excellent matrix organization communication and coordination skills. Confident in engaging in strategic dialogues with CXOs and BU Heads (VP/GM level). Strong influence and Change Management capabilities to drive consensus in a complex environment.
  • Leadership & Innovative Spirit: Possess a "0 to 1" entrepreneurial mindset, agile working methods, and a fearlessness in challenging the status quo. Fluent bilingual communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin, capable of seamlessly collaborating with Global teams while leading Local innovations.
