About the Role

- Oversee the assigned broker and direct corporate solutions business portfolio, sales and business strategy and development, lead the team and provide quality service experience to business partners and clients
- Leverage analytical skills and strategic thinking in developing and implementing comprehensive business plans that align with organizational goals, optimize resource allocation, and drive sustainable new business growth. Committed to fostering cross-functional collaboration and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes.
- Support our sustainable business growth of existing portfolio and develop new business by maintaining a strong relationship with our business partners and clients via the different host the event and massive communication

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate business strategy to grow quality corporate solutions business from broker and direct channels
  • Provide professional and quality services to business partners and corporate clients
  • Develop differentiated propositions to cross-sell products and services to corporate clients including but not limited to voluntary solutions, life-in-group, health & wellness and corporate vitality program
  • Lead the team to achieve new business targets as assigned
  • Recruit, develop and retain a pool of quality sales team to deliver exceptional partner and customer experience
  • Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
  • Closely monitor the quality and profitability of portfolio and provide workable solutions to corporate clients in managing the loss ratio and thus the profitability
  • Regular review and monitoring business partners’ quality and ensure proper control on fulfilling administrative procedure and meet compliance requirement
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned
  • Drive new initiatives to generate revenue and support all related marketing activities
  • Committed to fostering cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

  • University / College graduate plus at least 12 years related working experience out of which 8 years at managerial level
  • Customer-oriented
  • Problem solving skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to simplify complicated benefit design to layman terms
  • Staff management skills
  • Experience in employee benefits and pension and dealing with corporate clients and EB / MPF brokers
  • Experience in sales management
  • Compliance minded
  • Good personal skills to liaise with business partners and external parties
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written, Putonghua a plus

Others:

  • You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 2, and 3)
  • You are required to acquire the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
