What is the opportunity?
The Associate Director, Credit Structures, is a specialized role within RBC Private Banking. You will deliver on the RBC promise of superior client service through efficient and dedicated support to the Directors, Credit Structures, in information gathering, credit structuring, deal negotiation, risk approval, and loan closing, to complete structured credit transactions for some of our largest and most complex transactions and clients.

Must-have
University degree in related field (Commerce, Finance, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset
Strong lending experience including the ability to formulate creative lending solutions, build effective loan structures, and complete detailed analyses of complex financial statements
Advance Excel and Financial Modeling skills
Ability to manage strict deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have
Experience in Commercial and/or Capital Markets, including lending and account management or risk management
Experience with Synergy, CCR and Newton systems
