Reporting to the SVP, Content, the Associate Director, Content Policy will lead The Orchard’s efforts to identify, investigate, and mitigate catalog‑level risks within our client base. This role focuses on fraud detection, suspicious or non‑compliant client behavior, ambiguous content scenarios, and policy interpretation across DSPs. You will act as a key decision‑maker for borderline or unprecedented cases, ensuring The Orchard’s catalog remains compliant, reputable, and aligned with DSP and industry standards.
This position requires someone who is comfortable using data and pattern‑recognition to surface risks at scale, helping to spot issues early and guide proactive intervention. You will need to have experience with AI agents. Ability to define ambiguous issues and find unambiguous scalable solutions. You will work closely with Legal, Operations, and Relationship Management teams, providing guidance on gray‑area cases, interpreting policies, and navigating sensitive or nuanced escalations. You will also build processes and frameworks to strengthen The Orchard’s proactive risk posture and help shape our approach to emerging catalog‑integrity challenges.
