Position Overview

• Responsible for leading forecasting and business insights for CV and Pipeline products.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to update business assumptions in response to market dynamics and company strategy.
• Integrates findings from primary research, secondary data, and competitor intelligence to shape the launch strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting processes, providing timely assumption changes based on evolving market conditions and strategic priorities.
• Deliver integrated business insights by synthesizing market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence for launch readiness
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, demand forecasting, market access, and sales effectiveness teams to conduct ad-hoc analytics as required by business needs.
• Conduct company-level analyses and engage with China leadership and global BI&A colleagues to support long-term forecasting and strategic planning, including China 2030 strategy analytics.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of senior managers specializing in IO forecasting and insight analytics.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance analytical capabilities and business impact.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated expertise in business forecasting, market analytics, and strategic planning within the industry. (More than 7 years industry experience.)
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in integrating diverse data sources to generate actionable business insights.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
