This role will lead forecasting for the European portfolio, driving strategic decision-making across the product lifecycle—from launch optimization to long-term portfolio planning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong forecasting and analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. S/he will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy across the European product portfolio. This position partners with senior leadership to deliver robust short and long term forecasts, actionable insights, and data-driven recommendations that inform high-impact business decisions.

Essential Functions of the job:
Forecasting & Business Planning
Own and maintain short- and long-term forecast models across the European portfolio
Lead forecast assumptions, scenario planning, and model enhancements
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align inputs and validate assumptions
Support long-range planning, including pipeline asset evaluation and market opportunity sizing
Insights & Performance Analytics
Deliver actionable insights on commercial performance, risks, and opportunities
Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with analysis and data-driven recommendations
Integrate primary, secondary, and competitive intelligence into strategic insights
Cross-functional Leadership
Act as a strategic partner to Commercial, Finance, Medical, Market Access, and Supply Chain
Drive alignment across global, regional, and local teams
Translate complex analytics into clear, decision-ready insights
Qualifications:
+8 years’ work experience in a forecasting and insights role in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries
Experience in and understanding of solid tumor and/or hematology oncology disease areas and indications relevant to BeOne
Pragmatic, yet creative and innovative. Lead while "rolling up your sleeves" to get it done
Able to combine strategic thinking with the ability to execute to achieve operational objectives
Excels in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly accountable environment, often with a high degree of ambiguity
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving decision-making
Advanced forecasting methodologies (e.g., patient-based, analog, scenario modeling)
Experience working across multiple European markets.
Fluent in English; other languages advantageous.
