Site Operational Excellence (OPEX) team provides leadership in operational excellence and productivity efforts by combining knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing with Lean principles and tools. Methods used to deliver these productivity improvements include both event-based (Projects, Kaizen Events), as well as nonevent-based daily improvements.

The focus of the Site OPEX lead role is to partner with all organizational levels across the Suzhou site to deploy operational excellence standards and support both event and non event-based continuous improvement. 

OPEX负责人同时担任工厂 MSOEs的管理者,MSOEs是礼来公司的卓越运营框架。该角色负责提升工厂对 MSOEs的认知和理解,并确保每年完成评估,以持续跟踪改进进展和成熟度。

 Site OPEX Lead also acts as the site steward for the MSOEs, Lilly’s framework for Operational Excellence. In this capacity, this role will drive increased knowledge at the site of MSOEs as well as ensuring annual assessments are completed to understand progress / maturity over time.

Site OPEX Lead leads the site OPEX Group, mentors existing OPEX Business Partners, plans for current & future site OPEX capability & ensures OPEX Group can meet the site prioritized needs.

Site Lead Team Lean mentoring & Business Plan & Strategic Plan facilitation (as required).

  • 与领导团队共同确定工厂精益制造的实施策略及成熟度发展路径。

With Leadership, agrees the Lean Manufacturing implementation & maturity Strategy for the site.

  • 与工厂领导合作:1) 识别并优先推进关键生产力提升项目; 2)为优先项目提供持续改进资源,采用适用的方法论(如 Lean、Kaizen、DMAIC等),并确保 OPEX 团队具备并保持相关能力。

Partners with site leadership to: 1) identify and prioritize major productivity improvement initiatives ; 2)Provide the CI resource for the chosen methodology for a priority project (Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, other). Ensure OPEX group builds/maintains this capability.

Harmonisation of lean program design through site – achieved through OPEX group alignment.

Provides Lead CI support for site improvement events (as required).

Plans for site CI capacity & capability build.

  • 负责将MSOE框架整合至工厂运营,组织定期 MSOE自我评估,并推动相关教育培训。

Responsible for the integration of MOSE into the site operation framework and organize regular MSOE assessment/foster relevant education

Basic Requirements

  • 具备优秀的书面与口头沟通能力,以及良好的人际互动技巧,能够在团队协作环境中高效工作。

Demonstrated strong written and oral communication and interpersonal interaction skills to be able to work effectively in a team-based environment.

  • 拥有较强的自我管理能力和组织协调能力。

Strong self-management and organizational skills.

  • 能够对各级员工进行辅导,并具备领导项目团队的能力。

Ability to coach individuals at all levels, and lead project teams.

  • 具备在无直接管理权限的情况下影响他人的能力。

Ability to influence without authority.

  • 综合具备领导力、分析能力、问题解决能力、项目管理能力及战略思维能力,能够在工厂高层及网络层面发挥影响力。

Combination of a well-balanced set of leadership, analytical, problem solving, project management, and strategic thinking skills. Able to influence at highest site level & network levels.

  • 本科以上学历或具备同等相关工作经验

Bachelor’s or equivalent.

Pharmaceutical leadership/mentoring experience preferred.

Experiencing in Lean Manufacturing or other Productivity industry methods.
